Paws4Minds recognises the significance of knowledge in transforming attitudes toward mental health and promoting positive strategies for enhancing wellbeing.

Our aim is to broaden perspectives, foster understanding, and cultivate empathy.
We design and deliver engaging, interesting, and enjoyable courses, workshops & online training.


Mental health challenges can affect anyone and can change quickly. By equipping those around us to recognise when someone is struggling, potentially lives could be saved.
